Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Disassemble the gear if necessary and pack it securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location for transport back to our warehouse.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
